9601 Canoga Ave. Chatsworth, CA 91311Job Description:This unpaid internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing while contributing to exciting projects. It's a mutually beneficial role designed to enhance your skills and knowledge while supporting our team's innovative initiatives.About the company:Synear Foods USA is one of China's leading frozen food producers, specializing in making frozen dumplings in the city of Chatsworth. We are committed to using top-quality ingredients and embracing innovation, consistently introducing new products with the best flavors for families to enjoy.Major Responsibilities:Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of department activities with warehouse, production, purchasing, etc. and team members.Coordinate the process from order receipt to order fulfillment, i.e. enter new and update sales orders on Quickbooks, monitor and update inventory, and monitor smooth order fulfillment to meet Synear standards for customer satisfaction.Create, update, and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).Assist in organizing promotional events (traditional or digital) and facilitate their success.Manage and create marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market.Handle consumer requests and inquiries.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program.Proficient in Google Apps (analytics), Adobe Suite (graphic design), MS Office Suite, etc.Must be organized, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines.Minimum 1 year of sales support experience (preferred).Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).Fluent in Mandarin (preferred).Synear is an "at-will", equal opportunity employer.
