As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping to build brand reputation and awareness, drive preference and create demand for Trane Commercial’s Building Services and Rental Services. The ideal candidate is adept at navigating a cross-functional and matrixed organization, is comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, and enjoys making concepts come to life through creative content. You will be responsible for developing and deploying the “customer obsessed” marketing strategy through collaboration with internal stakeholders (and external resources) to bring innovative marketing ideas to the business.Responsibilities:

Establish & grow strategic partnership with assigned portfolio leadershipActively participate in the portfolio strategy planning and executionSupport the new product development, commercialization, and in-line product/service marketing processesIdentify themes and potential solution sets that address customer needsDevelop and execute the marketing plan for assigned portfolio(s) and personas that includes collaborating with other Trane Commercial marketing team members and the portfolio leadership team to ensure a holistic plan with specific, relevant metrics that can be tracked/shared.Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to mobilize resources, gain buy-in and achieve results.Participate in brand awareness, demand generation and sales enablement activities for assigned portfolio.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field2-5 years of marketing experience (B2B focus preferred)Experience in HVAC or commercial building industry preferredKey Competencies:

Excellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple teamsInitiative-taker with strong bias for actionMeticulous and data-drivenStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation:Base Pay Range: $68,800-91,200. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
