The Graphic Designer and Website Lead at Community Food Co-op collaborates with the marketing team, fellow graphic designers, and the marketing director to create and implement a consistent brand and design experience across various channels and in-store interactions.

We look for positive people who have a passion for customer service, have fun while working hard, are self-motivated, and want to be a part of a growing team.ResponsibilitiesManage primary website content and maintenance on WordPress and e-commerce sitesManage Google Analytics and make recommendations for SEOWork with third-party vendors on website, Google Analytics, and SEOResponsible for maintaining an accessible, organized, and searchable digital asset library of all marketing materials, including photographyMaintain brand cohesion and implementation across all platformsResponsible in concert with other designer team members, for layout, design, and production of marketing and business materials for print and digital platforms. Including but not limited to:-Weekly promotional materials, ads, posters, and web assets-Marketing materials including direct mail, print, and advertising-Point-of-sale support materials including store signage, promo signage, product spotlights,packaging, and sign templates-Event and outreach promotion materials including in-store signage, posters, table tents, social media, and web assetsQualificationsDetail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work closely and cooperatively with othersAbility to simultaneously track and manage a large quantity of detailed informationWillingness and ability to learn and to meet the changing requirements of the jobAbility to work with little or no supervision and communicate effectively, and work under deadlinesAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the Co-opAbility to maintain confidentialityProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficient with Google WorkspaceProficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing toolsProficient with WordPressMinimum two years design experienceSubstantial background in web design and managing websiteKnowledge of print productionExperience in project management, environmental graphics, digital marketplaces, merchandising, and fast-paced retail environment a plusLocation and CommitmentsHolly Administrative Offices, 405 E Holly St, Bellingham Suite 101, WAFull-time, Non-ExemptPay range is $21.74-$27.95Schedules are posted at least 2 weeks in advanceBenefitsUp to 25% staff discount & access to wholesale ordersGreat medical/dental/vision and supplemental insurance options401(k) w/matchPaid time offPay on DemandPotential year-end bonusAccess to employee assistance programPhysical Requirements (with or without accommodation)Most work will be performed in an office area while sitting for long periods of time.
