Join us!Line of Business Job Description:This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline.Responsibilities:Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities.Establishes a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions.Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits.Supports the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters, Suppliers, Inputs, Outputs, and Customers (SIPOC), Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) process maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts.Skills:Active ListeningData Collection and EntryProcess MappingProject ManagementReportingContinuous ImprovementCritical ThinkingData VisualizationProcess DesignStrategic ThinkingAdministrative ServicesBusiness Process AnalysisProcess EffectivenessProcess Performance MeasurementProcess SimplificationRequired Skills:Innovative, creative, thought leader able to thrive in a fast paced, continually changing and complex environment.5+ years process design experience including business analysis, process and technology design.3+ years Project Management experience.Strong Power Point and Excel skills.Proven strong verbal and written communication skills, including building and delivering Executive presentations.Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Ensure timely execution with agreed upon outcomes of all analysis work by release.Sustain a sense of urgency around project critical paths and issues, elevate accordingly.Mobilize teams and encourage collaboration to deliver on expected outcomes.Desired Skills:Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.Experience in connecting and understanding future business needs – a continuous learner.Present complex issues clearly.Lead by example by actively participating in dialogue that encourages open communication and productive interactions.Commitment to challenging the norm and promoting positive change.Shift:
