Responsibilities:
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.Design, develop, and effectively apply strong visual aesthetic skills to create original artwork for print, web, and broadcast media.Develop detailed, in-person concept designs, and collaborate with marketing, programming, and senior leadership to develop designs in line with brand standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, techniques and technologies.Provide creative input on project conceptualization, development and implementation.Work closely with key clients, vendors, and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Review, edit, and approve final artwork for print, web, video and broadcast.
Requirements:
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.Degree in graphic design or graphic design-related field is preferred.Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the Oil and Gas Engineering and Design preferred.10+ years’ experience in graphic design with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.Knowledge of graphic design principles and applications.Strong portfolio demonstrating capability of producing high-quality design work.Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach.Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
