California Dreaming - the ultimate destination for those who love California and the relaxed modern bohemian lifestyle it embodies.Position Overview:Maintain and update gifting and influencer tracking documents.Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships, including placing orders and administering contracts.Organize and manage influencer assetsCreate and ship special gifting packages for various occasions.Work with social team to enhance the organic gifting programCreate, film, edit and manage organic content for use on social media channelsOversee community management, including responding to comments and DM's and escalating issues to customer service when necessaryConduct competitive research, trend tracking, and platform updates.Assist with social media and influencer reportingAssist with the management of brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)Social media shops maintenanceCommunicate with the legal team on social media and influencer-related matters.Liaise with store managers to obtain content for organic social useSkills/Qualifications:Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google SuiteDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsA proactive self-starter with an ability to adjust quickly when needed.Able to work on-site in downtown Los Angeles, CA a few times per week with reliable transportation to travel in the Greater Los Angeles area as neededStays up to date with social media and industry trendsExperience with Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop or other similar video/photo editing platforms preferredStrong communication skillsPay Range $27/hour - $45/hourPay is based on multiple factors, such as qualifications/skills/experience, geography, and state and local wage laws.
