Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Marketing Team and ensuring they have the tools supplies and resources they need to deliver exemplary service.Responsibilities:QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma and at least one year of experience as a coordinator.Resourceful; able to think outside the boxConfidentExcellent telephone good interpersonal and organizational skills.High energy motivated and dependableExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenAverage to above-average knowledge of all Microsoft software programs particularly ExcelQuick learner with good initiative and follow-through skillsAble to work independently to meet deadlinesDetail orientedGood computer skillsGood eye for online designRESPONSIBILITIES:Manage 800 number databaseAssist with Omniture analytics maintenance and report writingAssist with advertising initiatives both online and offlineCoordinate phone statisticsAssist with search engine optimization and coordinate search engine position benchmarkingAssist with website copy changes (independent sites and franchise sites)Prepare revenue production and PPC reportsProcess all invoices; reconcile media budgetsAssist with Internet research as neededAssist with special projects as neededCompany Overview:As the global leader in third-party hotel management, our growing portfolio represents over 1,550 hotels in all 50 states and 22 countries, from top international lodging brands to luxury hotels, destination resorts and lifestyle hotels.
