Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Marketing and Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives and managing sales operations to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and sales, be highly organized, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote services and events
Coordinate sales strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives
Manage digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and business opportunities
Create engaging content and promotional materials to support marketing efforts
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
Track and report on the performance of marketing and sales campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing and sales coordination or a related role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking systems
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Creative mindset with attention to detail
