We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Account Manager to oversee and direct creator strategy for a book of business on the Pattern Creators team. The Influencer Marketing Account Manager is a key leader entrusted with setting strategic direction and executing against goals for a specific set of Pattern brand partners who are also utilizing Pattern Creators' software offerings.

Creators is a software-as-a-service product within Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform that offers a seamless solution for brands looking to build their ambassador programs, maximize their influencer marketing, and increase their revenue. This role will be an integral part of our Creators team as a whole and provide insights and strategic support to Pattern partners.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and creative digital marketer with extensive experience in creator-driven marketing strategies. They will guide clients on the many ways that influencers can drive success in ecommerce, media efficacy, organic social and other marketing areas.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah, or fully remote from Los Angeles, California.

What is a day in the life of an Influencer Marketing Account Manager?Oversee client partnerships and deliver exceptional service related to recruiting, onboarding and productively engaging creators as always-on partners for brandsRegularly advise clients on creator strategy and report on the progress of their creator programsDirect a small team of associates in tasks such as creator outreach, product seeding, campaign management and data analysisCultivate senior-level client relationships and monitor client satisfaction or order to drive retention and grow revenue within existing accountsCollect and distill client feedback on Current's SaaS platform in order to inform product roadmapOccasionally assist sales team to bring creator strategies to life for late-stage prospects seeking domain expertiseWhat will I need to thrive in this role?

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field3-5 years of experience with meaningful accountability for creator marketing programs, with experience across affiliate-based and fixed-fee partnershipsSuccessful example(s) of implementing always-on creator strategies for brandsStrong overall digital marketing savvy, especially tailoring marketing plans to commerce objectivesHighly polished and professional communication style - able to present creator marketing strategies and insights to a CMO-level audienceEntrepreneurial attitude and dogged problem-solving styleTeam-first attitude and demonstrated skill building connections across teams and culturesWhat does high performance look like?

This role has the potential to move into higher positions of leadership within the company, including the eventual opportunity to work as a key leader for all manner of client service teams at Pattern.

What is the team like?

The team is comprised of the Head of Accounts and several other Account Managers. You will work cross-functionally with a sister Client Operations team, which is responsible for technical implementation of each client's SaaS instance plus scaled SaaS support, as well as with our Director of Influencer Campaigns and our Head of Affiliate Recruiting. You will also coordinate occasionally with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to act as the voice of the customer and recommend better ways to deliver on client needs. The team is relatively small, dynamic, and tight-knit, and you will be a critical experienced voice within it.
