The Visual Merchandising Specialist manages the content, brand message and production of visual communications that support the store’s visual execution. This includes store set documents, weekly marketing and promo directives. The Specialist ensures the accuracy and consistency of documents while under tight deadlines. Works closely with Marketing, Merchant team and Store Operations partners to ensure business strategies and objectives are clearly met. The Visual Merchandising Specialist develops and creates seasonal store sets, visual displays and visual collateral that enhances the in-store customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Manages and oversees the sample process and merchandising set up in the Visual mock store for executive walkthroughs and approvals.Manages the creative execution of their individual team and sections during the corporate store set and leads portions of the walkthrough process with HQ business partners.Photographs in-store presentations and edits images for companywide visual directives and communication.Compose clear and concise weekly visual communication to effectively convey business updatesfor accurate in-store execution.Creates compelling window presentations that enhance the brand experience and drives traffic into the store.Participates and supports the monthly new store manager training workshops by preparing all training materials.Prepares Visual binders and manages store photos for all new store openings.Responsible for updating the HQ mannequins monthly to reflect the current seasonal store set.Perform regularly scheduled comp shopping trips to stay current on fashion trends and product styling ideas.Provide inspiration for new presentation and window concepts.Creates presentation for each comp shopping trip.Present new ideas to Sr. Visual Manager to keep the Visual presentation current and relevant by comparison shopping, staying current with fashion trends, and product styling.Responsible for the store set process by setting store sets in mock store and prepare a cohesive packet that includes the write up document(s), SKUs used and photographs as well as having uploading photos to server.Organizes visual samples by section and season codes.Visual liaison to regions and merchant partners ensuring store sets, flow maps and placement of lifestyle images are distributed and received.Works closely with field regional visual leaders to communicate and troubleshoot visual related issues.Sets up zoom calls with merchant partners to discuss Big Ideas and product prioritiesCreates expanded wall schematicsSupports Manager with the CURV Standalone store set and document.Performs other job duties as assigned.What You'll Need:

Bachelor degree preferred.Three (3) to five (5) years of visual merchandise and store experience with a proven track record with a fashion retailer.One (1) to three (3) years retail management experience preferred.Strong computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, and Outlook preferred.Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills.Independent self-starter with strong, proven organizational skills, self-discipline, strong decision-making capabilities, and problem-solving skills.Approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues.Accountable for results and meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately, cope well with change, and maintain composure under pressure.Excellent interpersonal skills, developing strong relationships and trusted partnerships.A dedication to meeting the requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including an ability to work in a team environment.Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritizes tasks, responsibilities, and goals to create action plans, and organize and schedule tasks.Adapt and stay flexible when dealing with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events—maintaining composure and objectives even as priorities shift.What You'll Get:
