OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and implementing long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising strategies across digital platforms to support The Bosselman Enterprises' marketing objectives, loyalty programs, and promotional initiatives. This role involves overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing digital paid media, coordinating app content and promotions, and leveraging communication channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. Responsibilities

Develops and plans digital marketing campaigns to promote the various business divisions, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Creates and maintains a digital marketing calendar, coordinating promotions, events, and loyalty program activities to drive traffic, app downloads, and customer engagement.

Manages the scheduling, updates, and maintenance of digital signage across business divisions, including Food Services, Pump & Pantry, Boss Truck Shop, and other outdoor signage, ensuring content is current and visually appealing.

Collaborates with the creative development team to ensure marketing content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines.

Manages digital paid media, including Google Ads, YouTube ads, and paid social media, to ensure strong return on investment (ROI) and effective targeting.

Monitors and analyzes the performance of paid media campaigns, adjusting to improve targeting and advertising spend based on data-driven insights.

Serves as the primary manager of the Pump & Pantry App, ensuring it remains updated with relevant content, promotions, messaging (e.g., push notifications), loyalty rewards, and engagement strategies.

Monitors app performance and customer feedback to boost customer retention.

Plans and schedules loyalty program communications, including email, SMS, and push notifications.

Manages the loyalty program messaging within the Pump & Pantry App, ensuring customers are informed of promotions, rewards, and incentives.

Analyzes customer behavior and loyalty program data to identify areas for increasing engagement and retention.

Develops and oversees the execution of social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Plans and manages the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Analyzes social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and areas for improvement, reporting results to the Director of Marketing.

Maintains and updates website content using WordPress, ensuring alignment with promotions, campaigns, and brand standards.

Makes necessary basic web design changes to enhance website functionality and user experience, supporting broader digital marketing objectives.

Collaborates with agency partner for complex technical web updates.

Tracks the performance of digital marketing campaigns, app engagement, and loyalty program metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Director of Marketing.

Uses data to refine digital marketing strategies and improve the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring all digital assets perform effectively.

Provides friendly and competent customer service.

Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, app management, or a similar role.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies.

Experience managing paid media campaigns and maximizing ROI across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and social media.

Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms) and app management software.

Experience with mobile apps, loyalty programs, digital promotions, and basic web design (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.

Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE
