The 3D Visualization Designer supports existing and new initiatives in the Tech Lab to discover, test, and utilize atypical tools and workflows in the firm.Supports the development of virtual and augmented reality experiences, custom user interfaces, multiuser engagement, game controller integration for navigation, parametric texture generation, animation keyframing, video post-production, motion graphics, etc.Skills:3D modeling expertise in Revit, 3DS Max, BlenderTexture creation and application skills in node-based environments such as Adobe Substance Designer and Substance PainterKeyframe animation skills in Twinmotion or Unreal EngineDemonstrated abilities with Virtual Reality development and blueprint programing in Unreal EngineExcellent communication skills are needed to interact with a fast-paced and multi-talented teamKeen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to simulate real-life materials to achieve stunning visual representations.Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Architecture is requiredMinimum of 4 years in 3D rendering and architectural visualizationBase Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location)#LI-JK1
