Associate CRM Marketing Developer at Highmark Health in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Company : Highmark Health Job Description : JOB SUMMARY This job assists in the setup of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and complementary digital platforms to support the accurate execution of audience selection, journey building, and personalization. This role works in partnership across the Marketing Experience team to understand strategy as it relates to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem and other enabling functions. The Associate CRM Marketing Developer will act as a Salesforce Administrator, interfacing with a variety of business partners, along with a tech team to ensure well-managed execution of processes and deliverables. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES + Own the setup and execution of multi-channel communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build, test, deploy, and analyze journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Ensure ability to deliver campaigns according to pre-defined business rules and segmentation. Adhere to deadlines for integration of templates, content, lists, tracking tags, etc. Quality assurance (test) campaign lists and channel delivery within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Develops and maintains status reporting of all CRM campaigns to ensure transparency of project priorities and status to all stakeholders. + Leads internal and cross-functional (when needed) status meetings to ensure the successful end-to-end deployment of campaigns. + Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE Required + 1 year of marketing campaign management + 1 year of marketing operations Preferred + 1 year of client Relationship Management Marketing Platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud SKILLS + Tech savvy with beginner understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Ability to leverage critical thinking skills. + Marketing Campaign management/execution. + Excellent written, inter-personal, communication, and presentation skills. + Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Execution-focused and results-driven with a passion for maintaining well-managed, governed processes, yet also inquisitive and customer experience-oriented. EDUCATION Required + Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field OR relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree. Pay Range Minimum: $50,200.00 Pay Range Maximum: $90,300.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
