Employee Benefits Producer

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and servicing employee benefits packages to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:Develop new business by networking, cold calling, and building client relationshipsConsult with clients to assess their benefits needs and goalsDesign comprehensive benefits packages including health insurance, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, and morePrepare proposals and presentations detailing coverages, options, and pricingManage renewal processes, upselling additional products when appropriateEnsure compliance with regulations around benefits plans and enrollmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendorsService existing accounts by addressing questions and resolving issuesContinually assess client needs and insurance market conditions to identify growth opportunitiesRequirements:

3+ years experience selling group benefits plansDemonstrated ability to acquire new clients and retain existing relationshipsExcellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsIn-depth knowledge of benefits offerings, regulations, and marketplaceSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and in a teamCreative thinker passionate about designing optimal benefits packagesLife and Health insurance license
