KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager at Garfield Landing & Park Place City Center in Sault Ste. Marie, MI who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

Property management experience

Demonstrated leadership abilities

Budgeting experience

Organized and detail oriented

Customer service mindset

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Real Estate Salesperson License
