Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.Help to manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.Support the preparation of event materials and attendee registration processes.Prepare event schedules and timelines to ensure all details are executed flawlessly.Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm services and deliveries.Assist in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for events.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.A positive attitude and a genuine passion for events and helping others.Benefits
