In the role of Distribution EIT/Designer, we'll count on you to:
Conduct analyses to develop power-related design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of project deliverables (examples include engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, and project specifications)Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and proceduresComplete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers / professionals on larger projectsWork with assistance from Project Engineers, other Engineers In-Training (EITs), Designers, or BIM Specialists as neededPerform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification. Candidates hired without EIT will be called a Distribution Designer.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Power.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Local candidates are preferred.
