Our mission is to create effective, results-driven skincare that is safe for the planet and humankind.RequirementsSupervise staff to ensure all day-to-day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest levelEnsure all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling and expense/supply are maintained and effectiveAssist in training new staff for all positionsAssist in making client reservations, check in guests, and offer recommendations or descriptions of services as necessaryHandle all member/guests interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possibleResolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with the Skincare StudioSupport the growth of the Skincare Studio by requesting and supporting the creation of marketing campaigns, mailers, updates to the membership program, and all special offersManage an annual operating budget, review financial results, and report progress to the SVP of People & Business Affairs on a weekly basisCreate staffing models, review work schedules, and approve all personnel decisionsCreate and manage sales sales incentives for the Skincare Studio staffQualifications

4 years of experience in a a related industry roleExperience with spa scheduling software, such as MangoMint is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)Must be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work!Compensation Range

Base salary range: $75,000-$85,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience and skill level).
