You are: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join our GenAI team. As a Manager specializing in the Life Sciences industry, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to pharmaceutical companies leveraging emerging and genetic artificial intelligence (GenAI) technologies. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize commercialization and various other pharmaceutical processes using advanced AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

GenAI Implementation / Delivery: Lead the implementation of GenAI solutions tailored to the specific needs and objectives of pharmaceutical companies. This includes overseeing the deployment of AI algorithms, integration with existing systems, and customization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI technologies and assess their applicability to pharmaceutical workflows. Conduct evaluations and recommend appropriate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Process Redesign: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize various aspects of pharmaceutical operations using GenAI-driven approaches.

Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to pharmaceutical clients on GenAI principles, methodologies, and best practices. Empower teams to effectively utilize GenAI tools and techniques in their daily workflows.

Project Management: Manage GenAI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budgetary and regulatory constraints. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Responsible AI: Ensure the integrity, reliability, and compliance of GenAI solutions with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Data Analysis: Partner with data experts to drive actionable insights from large-scale datasets.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

1+ years experience in applying GenAI and/or emerging technologies techniques, preferably within a consulting or industry setting

1+ year being able to articulate when GenAI should be used vs other technology solutions to meet the problem state

1+ years of strong analytical skills and the ability to translate AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

7+ years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence principles, with a focus on their application in commercialization

3+ experience in the developing guidelines for training and education materials related to emerging technologies

7+ years Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends, regulatory requirements, and drug development processes is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years experience in both agile development cycles and hybrid agile/waterfall approaches

Ability to take client input/requirements, synthesize and be able to design and test a proof of concepts.

Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
