To further grow our business in the Americas region, we are looking at our office in Greer, South Carolina for a motivated and talented Marketing Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop Top-of-Mind Awareness for the Matica brand within the industry in Americas

Develop, adapt and implement regional marketing programs and materials, including print and web advertising (brochures, mailings etc.), digital and social media, customer events, public relations, internal and external communications

Help sales managers with related channel partner marketing activities to help drive revenue through sales promotions, SPIFFS, partner events,

Manage channel partner email list to help drive communication using Partner newsletters, product promotions, Matica partner Team Meeting presentations.

Manage demo pool of ID card printers used by partners and end users for product evaluation ensuring machines are returned on timely basis and placed back into our demo pool.

Provide back up to inside sales as needed to include entering customer master item data and customer purchase orders into the system (quotation to invoices, incl. return and credit note) to customers and regions/ branches

Help with sales analysis and sales reporting to HQ and Sales Director as needed

Maintenance of regional CRM and coordination with sales managers to insert sales activities

Adapt (localize) marketing initiatives from the headquarter to the regions

Assist in designing promotions adapted to the reality of the local markets

Plan, coordinate and prepare local e-mail campaigns for product launches, etc.

Support the sales team with local marketing campaigns to build up and grow the sales channel

Coordination of webinars

Coordinate closely with the headquarter on regional marketing activities

Create a yearly marketing plan in cooperation with the headquarter marketing including projects, activities and budget

Qualifications:

Completed university studies in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing

At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a Marketing position, additional inside sales work experience is considered a plus

Excellent oral and written English language skills, additional language skills of advantage (Spanish)

Very good working knowledge of MS-Office

Organizational and multitasking skills

Results-oriented

Very strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of marketing development tools

Availability to travel on occasion for industry events
