As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us build our pipeline and promote our products. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and demand for our products/services. You will work closely with internal teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand visibility, and ultimately support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation and demand creation.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads.Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy, including writing content, working with internal teams to create content, and distributing on relevant channels.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.Collaboration: Work closely with sales and services teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure smooth lead handoff.Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources across channels and tools to effectively to maximize ROI.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and demand generation.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:
