Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and innovative Industrial Designer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new products that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and user-centric. This role will involve working closely with engineering, marketing, and production teams to bring ideas to life, from concept generation through to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design & Development:

· Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring that designs align with user needs, functionality, and brand identity.

· Produce sketches, CAD models, and prototypes to visualize and refine design concepts.

· Develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs can be feasibly manufactured, considering materials, production processes, and cost constraints.

· Conduct usability testing and product research to gather insights that inform design iterations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in industrial or product design, with a strong portfolio of consumer products or industrial solutions.

· Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino) and rendering tools (e.g., KeyShot, Blender).

· Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.

· Excellent sketching and 3D modeling skills.

· Knowledge of prototyping techniques and tools (e.g., 3D printing, CNC machining, foam modeling).

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to generate innovative solutions.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
