About You

The Marketing Coordinator at Roers Companies will play a pivotal role in supporting the Portfolio Marketing team with various operational and administrative tasks. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient marketing processes and ensuring the high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital asset management platform (DAM) and online collateral ordering system, overseeing uploads of new assets and ensuring accessibility for necessary parties.

• Oversee the ordering and installation of signage for the portfolio and coordinate with other departments to conduct regular signage audits.

• Supervise billing and invoicing processes related to marketing expenses and vendors.

• Onboard and manage users and platforms such as Canva, Birdeye, and SOCi for team members and new properties.

• Conduct regular audits of website and online advertising to maintain accuracy and consistency.

• Setup and manage Google My Business listings to optimize local search visibility.

• Assist in launching social media accounts and complete onboarding requirements for digital advertising vendors.

• Manage the ordering and delivery for all marketing collateral not included in online ordering system.

• Assist with shooting Matterport 360-degree virtual tours and other necessary content creation.

• Manage Loop & Tie resident gifting platform for portfolio.

• Complete regular marketing reporting to aid in driving marketing decisions for the portfolio.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for our project management tool, Monday.com and our company intranet platform.

• Support contract management processes for marketing vendors and partnerships.

• Provide support to Marketing Managers in completing property setup tasks.

• Complete special projects assigned by Marketing Managers based on property or team needs.

• Coordinate team travel when necessary.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.Experience:

1+ years of Marketing or related experience in a professional services environment.Previous experience within Real Estate or Property Management is a plus but not required.Skills/Abilities:

Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel, strong knowledge of internet, e-mail and social media as it pertains to marketing.Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently.High degree of professionalismEntrepreneurial mindset - loves to be challenged, determined to win, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, inquisitive, self-motivated, and operates on trust (not fear).High integrity - trusted, direct, truthful.
