Position Summary Information The Engineering Entrepreneurship Program at Villanova University is seeking student workers to assist with the program's communication efforts. The Communications Assistants will assist the College of Engineering's Director and Assistant Director of Engineering Entrepreneurship with a range of tasks, including, but not limited to: * Creating and editing promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, newsletters, podcasts, and videos, for the program's events and activities * Social media management * Staffing in person outreach events * Various other related tasks The candidates should have excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. In addition, the individuals must have an understanding of Office 360 such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as the different social media platforms. Individuals should also have experience with graphic design, audio/video editing, and web development tools. Students from any major or program on campus are welcome to apply for this position. We are looking for someone with an interest in: * Finding ways for the stories we tell to support the communication and marketing goals of the College and University. * Meeting new people and talking to them about what makes their lives and their work. * intersting and worth sharing with others. * Producing professional-quality work for our office. 11.25
