Position Description:

SafeworkCM is a growing program management/construction management firm seeking an enthusiastic, outstanding individual to join our marketing team as a Proposal Specialist. This position reports to the Director of Business Development & Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Business Development & Marketing with the development of content, graphic design, planning, and execution, of tasks, functions, and activities, with the Marketing department.

Position Essential Duties:Maintain a repository of project details, summaries, photos, and resumes for proposal development needs.Work with internal staff and external vendors to produce proposals in a timely manner.Create content and manage Safework social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.Coordinate with graphic designer for any required visuals, ensuring alignment with Safework branding on various marketing channels.Manage monthly newsletters, birthday announcements, milestone anniversaries, and other routine communications via emails and online.Craft engaging campaigns for social media and email marketing.Assist in updating content on the company website and microsite as needed.Coordinate marketing collateral and sponsorships for events.Create detailed logistics plans for client engagement events including travel, event registrations, payments, and other related tasks.Attend various client engagement events, capturing photos to contribute to media content.Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing analytics and recommendations for optimization.Assist with the implementation of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and continuity.Perform other duties as assigned.Position Requirements

Qualifications

At least 5-years experience in marketing, graphic design, or content development is required.Experience within Construction Management, Program/Project Management, AEC industry is required.Deep knowledge of social media strategy and execution across multiple channels.Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Experience with MailChimp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InDesign, is preferred.Familiarity with Wordpress, ExpressionEngine, and basic HTML.Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,A willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events.Requires strong presentation, documentation, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach.?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with external and internal teams.Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of above.Demonstrates good judgement, is approachable, and a professional attitude and demeanor.Strong organizing, planning, and customer service skills.Knowledge required to review and interpret technical information, write technical materials and/or speak persuasively to implement desired actions; and analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions.Mental acuity to manage, interpret and implement rules, make policy decisions, evaluate results, and make determinations relative to the effective performance of the tasks relating to the business services department.Ability to analyze and interpret policies; develop and implement policies and procedures; train and evaluate staff; facilitate meetings; and communicate with people of varied cultural and educational backgrounds.

Physical Demands:

This position's duties are normally performed in a standard work environment based on the activity scheduled. Some physical effort is required; therefore, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. He or she may be required to walk or sit for extended periods and may be exposed to outside weather conditions, including but not limited to heat, cold, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment, such as a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, and other similar machines.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions are dynamic. This requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule that may require occasional weekend and/or evening hours. The employee may use their personal vehicle, or company vehicle; therefore, they must hold a valid driver's license in the state where they are based and have appropriate auto insurance as required by law. The employee needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work assignments, and do well under pressure. They must also demonstrate professionalism and integrity, take initiative, and exercise confidentiality. Finally, the employee must understand and apply all organizational policies and procedures, follow instructions, be detailed oriented, and have good follow-through on all projects.
