Our caring, professional staff partner with over 1,700 IVF clinics and providers to provide patients with compassionate care, advanced medical science, and outstanding customer service.Fairfax Cryobank (FCB) is seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Marketing Assistant who will report to the Marketing Director. The Marketing Assistant will handle administrative and supportive tasks to support the marketing and communications sales efforts. This will include managing our monthly mailings, compiling marketing material packages, and working on key projects including social media, email, website administration and more.Responsibilities include:AdministrativeCompile monthly marketing packages, new hire packages, and clinic mailingsProcess marketing material requests and coordinate shipment with materials teamSupport other marketing initiatives and tasks as needed, such as conference packing, team swag orders, event support, etc.MarketingSupport the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media calendarsComplete tasks including but not limited to social media support, email marketing, and website administration
