To support CoreTrust's continued rapid growth, we're seeking an experienced

Event Marketing Lead

to own and elevate our annual user conference, bespoke events, and tradeshow strategy and experiences. Reporting to the CMO, you will spearhead the entire lifecycle of our event marketing efforts, from conception and planning to execution and measurement, to elevate CoreTrust's brand, customer engagement, and pipeline impact. Develop and implement a data-driven event marketing strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives, with a keen focus on driving marketing ROISpearhead all planning and execution of our premier annual user conference and annual private equity firm retreat; this includes defining themes, securing venues, managing budgets, collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross functional teams, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.Lead our trade show marketing efforts; this includes collaborating with Sales and Product teams to identify relevant industry shows and inform investments, developing engaging show experiences, managing contracts and logistics, and generating sales pipeline through pre-show outreach, on-site activations, and post-show touch pointsIdentify and secure influential speakers, strategic partnerships, and sponsorships to elevate CoreTrust's brand, deliver thought leadership, and enhance event experiencesCraft compelling event messaging and content that resonates with target audiences, including promotional materials, social media, and presentationsWork closely with the marketing team to develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate pre-event excitement, spark attendee engagement during the event, and extend post-event reach for strategic events and trade showsAnalyze event data and attendee feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement; provide key stakeholders with insight that will inform future investmentsIntroduce new ideas, formats, and touchpoints that will take CoreTrust's event experiences to a higher level that you envision for CoreTrust's brand and audiencesPartner with Legal and Finance to align contracts, sponsorships and budgetsManage external consultants and agencies for event execution as neededQualifications8+ years of experience in event marketingProven track record of developing and executing successful event content creation and amplifying event with end-to-end marketing campaignsStrong understanding of bespoke event and tradeshow marketing best practices, including budgeting, logistics, sponsorship procurement, and content and digital marketing tacticsStrong eye for experiential creative, design, and bringing a brand to life visually across the entire event lifecyclePassionate about surprising and delighting attendees and finding innovative ways to deliver exceptional experiences that go above-and-beyond the typical trade showExperience building Cvent/Salesforce Integration and full Cvent event registration sites (Cvent certified is a plus)Background in crafting strategic plans with benchmarks to evaluate event successExperience working with marketing teams to leverage events to drive demand generationSkilled in event-attribution and measuring, analyzing and optimizing event ROIExcellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentCreativity, resourcefulness, and a passion for creating exceptional event experiencesDemonstrated experience as a flexible, nimble problem solver and collaborator who inspires a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture; excited to learn and grow with the companyBonus QualificationsExperience in the Private Equity, B2B, SaaS, or Procurement industriesStrong content marketing skills (writing, editing, social media content creation)Experience in Agile marketing methodologiesTrack record of cross functional collaboration and executive alignment to deliver a common goalBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageFree individual employee medical coverageCompany subsidized dental and vision coverageDollar for dollar 401(k) match up to 6% of your salary with immediate vestingCompany-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing and mental health$1500 annual stipend for undergraduate/graduate college courses; $500 annual stipend for continuing education courses/certificationsFree snacks and beverages on-siteBrand new, state-of-the-art, tech-enabled work environment in downtown NashvilleFlexible/hybrid work culture
