Senior Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a talented Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This person will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of email campaigns and marketing automation for enterprise clients. This vital marketing role will involve building out promotional calendars, coordinating email creative (working with content and design teams), research and development of target contact lists, and measuring performance of sales and marketing emails.Responsibilities:Manage email marketing and automation strategy for enterprise clientsLead team members to assist in the development of email campaignsDevelop effective email marketing strategiesCreate, schedule and send marketing emailsDevelop campaign automation strategyAssemble email content components for marketing and sales campaignsTrack and report on company and contact list development and importsWork with campaign stakeholders to develop target profiles for companies and contactsUtilize database tools to build and refine target contact lists for campaignsWork within email platforms to import, tag, segment, and update contactsMaintain database hygiene - add and edit data, identify and prevent duplication, updating job titles, email address changes, industry, and other record data pointsIdentify and remove inactive contacts and spam contactsAssess and categorize new inbound prospects for classificationRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business or technology fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills5+ years of experience with email marketingFamiliarity with email best practicesExperience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Hubspot, etc.Ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlinesProcess oriented with strong attention to detailAbility to be a creative problem solver
