KFOX-TV in El Paso, TX, is on the lookout for a dynamic part-time Lifestyle Reporter/Correspondent to join our team and be one of the on-air talents for our innovative morning show, “Daytime with Kimberly.'
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Your Community:
The Lifestyle Reporter/Correspondent will work hand in hand with our sales team, highlighting local business, events and connect with viewers across El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with our talented Daytime producer and sales team to craft compelling segments that engage and inspire our audience.
Digital Contributions:
Write articles for kfoxtv.com and create promotional content for our social media platforms.
Qualifications:
A
self-starter
capable of generating original story ideas.
Creativity in storytelling , encompassing writing, reporting, and editing.
Strong communication skills , both verbal and written.
Proficiency in
social media
content creation.
Excellent
interviewing skills , with the ability to make guests feel at ease during appearances.
Capability to collaborate effectively with Daytime Producer, Marketing Consultants and guests to prepare for segments.
Proven
on-air experience
in a broadcasting environment. ( Preferred but not required)
Team Orientation:
A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
