Responsibilities:

Assist with due diligence and site research, documentation, and drafting tasks of engineering data as requested by managers.Assist with the preparation of landscape plans, site plans, master plans, and irrigation and lighting plans per the direction given by supervisors.Perform drafting operations for the determination of project plans and collect data for project designs.Review and interpret jurisdictional regulations and correctly apply them to design projects.Maintain dynamic communication with landscape architects, engineers, and the design team for any architectural, engineering, or construction issues.Support the preparation of submittal applications, graphics, reports, and design drawings.Manage time and priorities to support multiple projects with deadlines and budget constraints in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Associate’s degree and/or relevant experienceAutoCAD Certification.Mastery of essential software, including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.Ability to read and translate technical drawings.Proficiency in graphic design.Experience in LandFX is a plus.Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and project deadlines.Ability to fully understand and follow highly complex oral and written instructions.
