Video Production Internship - Summer 2025

Capital Credit Union Park, home to the 2023 Northwoods League Champion Green Bay Rockers, are looking for the next Rockstar. The Green Bay Rockers are seeking an individual to assist in producing a 4-camera webcast for each of their 36 home games. This individual will help manage camera operators. This intern will work to not only ensure a quality broadcast of the game, but also ensure sponsorships are fulfilled for commercial breaks.
Capital Credit Union Park opened on May 31st, 2019 and has hosts over 400 events each year. The playing surface is completely artificial turf, providing the versatility to host multiple events on the same day. While the playing surface is being used, groups are also able to host indoor events year-round in the TDS Club that overlooks the facility. Capital Credit Union Park sits just a mile from historic Lambeau Field.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist or help manage camera operators and developing a schedule so that each of the 36 home games are covered with three camera operators at each gameOperate a switcher and four-camera set-up to broadcast each home game online at NorthwoodsLeague.TVWork with Marketing Department to create short videos that can be used online to promote the fan experience at games. Examples include video spoofs, mascots doing crazy things, etc...Assist in the production of the team poster and team baseball cardsAssist in taking player head shots, and uploading these pictures to the websiteAssist with production of "The Show" (Co2 cannons, concert lights, band set up)Work all 36 Rockers games plus playoffs, in addition to 10 special eventsRequired Skills:
Previous experience with Final Cut Pro or iMovie on a MacBook isn't required, but is a skill you will need to learn. Previous experience in either of these will improve your standing (a sample of video editing may be asked for)Must be a creative thinker with the ability to think of new, fun ideas to improve the fan experience through videoCreative mind set with the ability to think quicklyExcellent communication skillUpbeat and fun personalityCommitment to working all 36 Rocker games and additional 10 - 15 events.Internship Program
Internship program runs from May 12th through August 15th 2025Interns will receive a bi-weekly stipendReceive certification in CPR/AED and First AidInterns will participate in a bi-weekly career development classInterns must be in a college program related to fieldInterns will be required to find their own housingPost internship follow up and career guidance
