Job Summary:

APG Media of South Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic Advertising Sales Manager to lead our Janesville office. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a talented team of five tenured outside Account Executives. You will manage a set group key accounts while driving our advertising sales strategy in the region. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a passion for leadership, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. This position is based in our downtown Janesville office and is not remote/hybrid. This is a salary plus commission based role.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Account Management: Manage an exclusive portfolio of high-value clients with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail/GDrive (testing will be conducted). Ability to quickly learn and teach relevant software programs is essential.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and results-oriented culture.
