WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking to hire smart software engineers for its Engineering Team. Join a closely knit team of programmers with varied skillsets and technology backgrounds as we work on full-stack application development projects to solve interesting problems for Simpli.fi’s Ad Technology platform.
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
At least 4 years of web development experienceProgramming with server-side languages: Ruby, Python, Elixir, Node, or something similarFamiliarity with an MVC framework such as Ruby on Rails, Django, etc.HTML, CSS, JavascriptStrong OOP / OOD skills. Enjoys writing clean, dry code. You might know a design pattern or two.TDD or some background in writing automated unit and integration testsAny Javascript framework (VueJS, Ember, React, Angular, etc.)Relational Databases and SQLOTHER TOOLS IN YOUR BELT:
None of these are requirements. We understand that folks with different backgrounds aren't necessarily going to have experience with all or even most of our stack. But this will give you an idea of what kind of technology you would be working with if you join us.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Simpli.fi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the base range is $150,000 to $170,000.
