Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Assistantfor their Corporate Marketing Department.The right candidate is responsible for supporting the Director of Digital Marketing and team. This position will assist with all day to day operations that supports marketing activities of the various home builder divisions of D.R. Horton, Inc.The Digital Marketing Assistant needs to have strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and project coordination experience. The position entails having the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccountable for Director's calendar, screening calls, expense reports, making travel and meeting arrangementsAssist Director with invoicing validation and processingOpen mail and take minutes at meetingsManaging department hardware, cell phones, accounts and ordering suppliesCreating or updating presentations, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external creative service providers.Work with the Director on existing contracts, renewals and new opportunitiesMaintain the department contact list for all company brandsHelp with organizing and facilitating the department marketing conferences and/or eventsMaintain and manage the department SharePoint internal sitesAssistant to national account logisticsCreate and facilitate department newsletterTracking of all user accounts per service/application department-wideWork with CRM team where assistance is neededAssist with department digital asset management tool and other imagery librariesWork with team in developing imagery and content on all external facing website and/or social communitiesAssist with search engine optimization and analytic effortsMay be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.1+ years of administrative experience in an agency or digital marketing environment.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environmentShould exhibit creativity and resourcefulness.Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsShould have equally effective people skills to deal with clientsSelf-confident and outgoing personalityDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlinesAbility to listen to intended details attentivelyCandidate must be proficient or have working knowledge of:Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Adobe suite of tools (Photoshop, etc.)Grasp for digital marketingMust also have intermediate or working knowledge of the following concepts:Web AnalyticsJournalism and/or content creationCome join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
