Position HighlightsJoin our team as a Marketing Coordinator, where you'll lead strategic marketing efforts for the University Bookstore, Parking & Transportation, and Student Unions. click here .Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate assigned marketing activities : Support marketing efforts across three business units (Bookstore, Parking & Transportation, and Student Unions), ensuring advertising, promotions, web content, and social media campaigns align with unit goals and branding.Develop targeted marketing strategies : Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for each business unit, focusing on strategic initiatives that deliver impactful campaigns. Utilize insights and market research to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.Consult with clients : Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Offer recommendations on effective marketing approaches to raise awareness and boost engagement.Drive awareness and engagement : Contribute to campaigns that increase awareness, customer satisfaction, and audience participation. Stay current with changing audience demographics and apply innovative tactics such as AI-driven personalization and UX/UI enhancements.Analyze marketing efforts : Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide insights. Develop reports and offer recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve future campaigns.Deliver metric reports : Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, focusing on customer engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment. Use these insights to enhance future campaigns.Contribute to marketing content development : Participate in the creation of both digital and physical marketing materials. Collaborate with design teams to ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and meets project goals.Ensure exceptional client communication : Maintain open and clear communication with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.Maintain accurate records:

Keep detailed documentation of all marketing activities, including timelines, campaign data, client feedback, and budgets, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.Knowledge, Skills & AbililtiesAbility to interpret analytics data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and make informed adjustments.Ability to identify challenges within campaigns and offer creative, data driven solutions.Advanced skills in photo shoot direction, selection and manipulation in structural, product and/or food photography and stylying.Ability to prioritize multiple marketing campaigns for mulitiple clients in order to meet deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholdersKnowledge of Constant Contact or other email delivery systemsAdvanced knowlege of marketing fundamentals, including branding, market research, advertising promotions and social media strategies.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organization and time-management skillsProven ability to work well with cross-functional teams (ie: designers, clients, vendors, etc.) to ensure project alignmentMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional levelexperience required.Minimumof 3 years of relevant work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in directing photo shoots, selection and image manipulation.Experience in Constant Contact or other email delivery systems.
