We're seeking a technical leader to drive the strategy for our customers' AdTech/MarTech solutions, leading to improved Content Monetization.
As a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect (SA) Lead at AWS, you'll be responsible for educating customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on emerging technologies and solutions that are transforming the M&E, Games, and Sports industries in advertising and marketing. You'll provide hands-on architectural guidance for real-life customer projects involving various AWS services and Independent Software Vendor (ISV)/partner solutions. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-Amazon teams, such as Amazon Advertising and corporate development, to develop outcome-based holistic solutions for strategic industry opportunities.
In this role, you'll be a content creator, a storyteller, and a presenter, building and publishing content and collateral for customers in one-on-one and group settings. You'll work with customers remotely and in person, sharing your expertise and insights. This role requires at least 30% travel, including international travel.

Key job responsibilities
As a Leader, you'll anticipate future trends and identify applications of emerging technologies to reduce friction, eliminate waste, and reinvent consumer data platforms with direct applications towards personalized consumer experiences and ads, tools and applications for ad-tech/ad-management/ad-serving platforms and ad-publishing, and marketing-tech with impacts on better content monetization for our customers.
Develop AWS's AdTech/MarTech strategy for Content Monetization for customers.
Architect and deliver innovative, customer-obsessed solutions leveraging AWS services and partner offerings.
Foster strategic partnerships with key industry players, driving thought leadership and shaping industry trends.
Create high-quality enablement content, including guidance, blogs, demos, POCs, and presentations, to share your expertise.
Engage with customers, partners, and industry events to inspire and educate on the transformative potential of AWS solutions.
Deliver written and spoken communications on complex ad-technology/content monetization subjects and establish AWS as the public cloud of choice for industry organizations looking to accelerate revenue growth and improve return on assets.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within large enterprise media organizations, with a focus on advertising/marketing technologies.
5+ years of hands-on experience architecting complex ad-tech/mar-tech solutions using AWS, IT/ISV, and multi-vendor environment technologies.
Proven experience with Big Data Analytics, Consumer Data Platforms, and Storage systems for media, entertainment, games, or sports, such as Content Lakes and Content Archives, as well as Media Asset Management (MAM) and Production Asset Management (PAM).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior hands-on experience of AWS services and solutions.
Broad experience across multiple IT domains, including, Content/Data Security, Data Center Operations, Machine Learning, and Big Data Analytics.
Strong technical acumen to understand the customer or partner landscape, identify opportunities, overcome technical obstacles, and ultimately influence the adoption of AWS services in conjunction with business requirements.
Strong business acumen to comprehend the business domain, customer/partner challenges, and propose solutions to address their business problems effectively.
Experience interacting with and presenting to senior leadership (e.g., CxOs) within customer or partner organizations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and solutions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
