Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.The Field Marketing Manager will support and serve as the marketing team’s liaison to the US sales team. They will oversee the day-to-day marketing operations around brands such as Four Loko, Pirate Water, and Mamitas. They will work with the US sales team to develop and implement on-brand sales and marketing programs, and identify and execute brand-building opportunities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand awareness in other key market(s).Establish relationships with distributor representatives in priority markets and work with key accounts through distributor cooperation.Develop innovative and compelling marketing programs that target sales goals, support retailers and engage consumers.Collaborate with brand marketing to develop marketing collateral (POS, creative, etc.).Work in market to evaluate the effectiveness of plans and identify marketing opportunities.Stay current on general cultural and consumer trends; incorporate key learnings into market programming.Work with marketing team and agencies to develop and execute festival sponsorships and activations.RequirementsBachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university; 2-4 years of related experience and/or training.Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.Computer skills preferred: Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to make prompt, sound, decisions based upon analysis of complex issues.Willingness to embrace change and successfully implement new approaches and ideas.Ability to foster teamwork toward a common objective.Strong work ethic with brand centric focus.Demonstrated ability to work with a minimum of supervision.CompetenciesDiversity
