This position provides a unique opportunity for an early career communication professional to join a talented and motivated team working on some of the leading luxury and residential projects in Florida. You will support a variety of strategic communications plans by owning media outreach and supporting client and account management. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or personal interest in real estate, architecture, and design. Role location: This role is based in our Miami, Florida office on a hybrid basis.Requirements:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:Contribute to the creation of strategies, press releases, timelines, reports, and other collateral for clientsMonitor incoming press coverageEstablish and build relationships with local, national, and regional media outletsEnsure press reports are sent to clients to show results and press coverageCraft and send pitches to relevant media outlets about client activitiesTrain and supervise junior staff/interns and delegate work as requiredMaintain and create media lists and editorial calendarsSupport with general administrative duties i.e. copying, filing, and phone calls as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, with agency experience preferredExperience pitching the media and demonstrated success securing coverage for clientsCreative writing experience including press releases, media pitches, and social media contentStrong aesthetic, point of view, and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PhotoshopExemplary working knowledge of all social and digital media platformsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesApply here!
