You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.What you'll do:Create and rally internal support for strategies to enhance Pluralsight's content offerings and production techniques, using the latest advances in artificial intelligence.Implement and drive tactical solutions supporting these strategies, collaborating deeply across the organization.Create alternative formats and new learning solutions that extend opportunities for learners to advance their skills, with practical applications derived from the latest in learning sciences.Enhance content production techniques and workflows to improve quality, expand accessibility, and increase speed and efficiency.Develop better ways to showcase Pluralsight's curriculum to learners and buyers, using the latest in information architecture and interactive design thinking.Partner closely with curriculum managers, course authors, producers, designers, analysts, product managers, engineers, and data science experts to develop innovative new learning solutions.Experience you'll bring:Familiarity with online education platforms.Familiarity with subscription business models.Requirements:Experience leading projects, from strategy development to execution, that delivered material value to end users.Deep experience partnering with machine learning and data science experts to develop practical solutions.Deep experience partnering with content creators and designers to develop creative solutions for their needs.Proven ability to influence without authority.10-12 years of similar or related experience OR 8-10 years of experience with a post-secondary education.Travel Requirements:While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important.
