The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with product managers, software engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.Design and Prototype:

Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.Conduct User Research:

Perform user research, usability testing and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.Create Visual Designs:

Develop high-fidelity visual designs and design systems that adhere to brand guidelines and improve the overall user experience.Iterate on Designs:

Refine and iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders and team members.Maintain Design Consistency:

Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across all digital products.Document Design Processes:

Maintain detailed documentation of design specifications, user flows and design systems for developers and stakeholders.Stay Updated:

Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques and technologies to continuously improve the design process.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.Experience:

Minimum of

3 years of experience

in UI/UX design.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
