Job Title: Social Media Coordinator - Temporary Position
Department: Social Media Team
Location: Stockholm Office
Reports to: Head of Social Media
We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team for 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for our portfolio of hotel chains, restaurants, spas, and events. You will act as a key liaison between our central team and local hotel staff, ensuring content is aligned with marketing strategies, sales campaigns, and seasonal needs. This position requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Content Creation & Briefing:Develop high-quality content for various hotel chains and their associated restaurants, spas, and events.Create comprehensive content briefs for local hotel staff to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.Collaborate with on-site hotel teams to gather authentic content, including photos, videos, and stories.Edit and refine collected content to meet brand standards and social media best practices.Social Media Management:Plan, schedule, and distribute content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.Own and manage the execution of content pillar briefs (seasonal campaigns, promotions, and specific focus areas).Ensure content aligns with sales campaigns, seasonal trends, and the marketing calendar.Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader company goals and initiatives.Work closely with local staff at each hotel to maintain a consistent flow of content and adapt strategies as needed.Community Management:Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers to foster a strong online community.Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner in collaboration with the customer service team.Analytics & Reporting:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and content, providing regular reports to the Head of Social Media.Analyze social media performance and propose adjustments to improve engagement, reach, and website traffic.Trend Research & Innovation:Stay up to date with social media trends, new platforms, and industry innovations.Conduct research to find creative ways to enhance content performance and drive growth.Other Responsibilities:Support with special projects and additional tasks as needed.Collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives when required.Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media coordination, digital content creation, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and scheduling tools.Familiarity with photo and video editing software.Experience with social media analytics tools and understanding of KPIs.A passion for creativity, social media trends, and hospitality.What’s in it for you?
