You will shape impactful demos and websites for both mobile and desktop digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with an innovative team of product managers, researchers, engineers, and marketers who are blazing new trails in the AI space.Our Salesforce AI Research team innovates by publishing at top academic conferences, filing patents, and incubating innovative technology with our most strategic customers. We embed our research work across Salesforce products for the world’s #1 AI CRM. We gain perspectives from product to research that help guide future directions. We are driven by curiosity and experimentation, using research to inform the future of products at the edge of our roadmap.This role will work across the research and product innovation groups within AI Research, in close collaboration with the brand and marketing team. The deliverables will have high visibility for our executive leadership, as well as for our strategic customers and external audiences.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product owners, engineers, and researchers to conceptualize and bring to life demos and other user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.Develop narratives that connect complex concepts to non-technical audiences with compelling storytelling.Work closely with our brand and marketing team to update and improve the look and feel of the Salesforce AI Research website and blog.Assist in producing marketing materials, including logos, graphics, and simple animations.Develop prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.Develop and uphold design standards and guidelines for Salesforce products.Articulate design goals and outcomes with various stakeholders to build a shared vision and gather feedback.Innovate digital experiences by integrating the latest trends and technologies.Use the latest frontend technologies to build demos, POCs, and prototypes.Experience / Skills3-5 years of experience with frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, familiar with NextJS.3-5 years of demonstrated UX/UI experience in creating and implementing Visual/UI design successfully guiding websites and products from concept to launch.Experience with normal software development flow/tools, such as Agile development, GIT, Jenkins, etc.Experience with Salesforce development and with Salesforce Dev Orgs (SDOs).Proficient with visual design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.Experience with prototyping/design tools such as Figma and InVision.Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and industry-standard processes.Keen eye for modern, visually appealing, and intuitive interface design with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Commitment to continuous process improvement and optimization in dynamic, collaborative, and agile environments.Ability to translate complex technical requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs under aggressive timelines.Self-motivated achiever with strong communication skills and active listening ability, adept at building relationships across core and cross-functional teams.Skilled at distilling complex problems into clear, concise goals and solutions, advocating for holistic solutions within overall user flows.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce, we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
