Job Title: Sr. Web DeveloperLocation: Spring, TX - Can Work RemoteTarget Hourly Rate: $75/hr W2
Job Overview:Seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to deliver an internal website for an unconventional business line within a large, enterprise environment. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites that provide an excellent user experience. Role will work closely with the Creative Director and communications team to ensure cohesive designs aligned with our brand identity and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web design projects, a deep understanding of current web design trends, and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch. A solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is preferred.
The desired software the candidate will be working within is Webflow. This software will allow for project handover to occur with Creative Director as the project build moves into day-to-day use.
Job Role & Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Creative Director and Communications team to ensure web builds are in-line with expectationsDesign visually appealing websites and web pages, ensuring responsive and mobile-first designsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into stunning designsOptimize websites for speed, performance, and accessibilityEnsure consistency in branding and design across all web pagesLeverage industry trends into our site builds, that give users a valuable user experience
Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Web Designer with a portfolio of completed web design projectsProficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similarGood understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred)Strong attention to detail and a creative mindsetKnowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practicesAbility to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectivelyTime-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
