The Visual Merchandising Manager reports to the Director, Visual Merchandising, US. This person ensures the integrity of the brand through the implementation and consistent application of store presentation initiatives. This person is responsible for ensuring strong in-store execution and sales team training on standards and visual strategies. In addition, this person will manage new stores and remodels – from a VM perspective – and develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external business partners.What You’ll Do:Develop visual merchandising strategies for new product launches and seasonal initiatives, including yearly strategic development and monthly/seasonal execution.Establish and communicate merchandising standards for Department Stores and Military.Resolve store-specific merchandising challenges that require adaptations, including counter size, store type, volume, spatial constraints and inventory levels.Partner with account team to develop solutions for optimizing assortment to maximize presentation and drive sales results.Manage design and production of fixtures and graphics for all updates with external vendors, including budget, execution and vendor relationship.Support sales team by supporting requests as needed, soliciting feedback regarding store presentations and taking action accordingly.Ensure that brand and visual merchandising consistency is upheld in stores, supporting with the development and implementation of sales team in-store training as needed.Manage the creation of all visual communications for Department Stores and Military, including monthly directives, standards, monthly sales conference call presentations, etc.Qualifications:5+ years visual merchandising +/or fixture and graphic design experience.Strong fixture design and rendering skills; must be able to think in 3D.Proven ability to understand and interpret visual presentation direction.High level of skill in motivating and influencing others, strong training and facilitation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel up to 10%.Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, + Photoshop.Knowledge of Mac OS 14 or later.Schedule:Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly.This position is based out of our Global Headquarters corporate office in San Francisco, CA.The target salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
