This role focuses on producing high-quality content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives. The Sr. Coordinator will work closely with subject matter experts, marketing, and design teams to create tailored content for target audiences. Key responsibilities include coordinating content creation, ensuring brand consistency, and using SEO (Search Engine Optimization)/SEM (Search Engine Marketing) best practices to maximize reach and impact. Strong writing skills, project coordination experience, and a passion for content-driven marketing are essential.Primary Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesDevelop written content, including blogs, case studies, project profiles, white papers, media articles, and social media posts, to effectively position the company and demonstrate client understanding and value across all practice areas and markets.Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to strategically develop and refine top-tier written content that showcases the company's value proposition in a compelling and tangible manner.Partner with the Marketing team to plan, create, manage, and schedule content using the editorial calendar and develop engaging thought leadership initiatives and tactics (e.g., blogs, webinars, case studies) adhering to SEO/SEM best practices and keyword optimization.Ensure all written content adheres to brand standards while maintaining consistency in grammar, punctuation, flow, and clarity. This includes reviewing and editing marketing collateral such as cameos, resume blurbs, and full resumes to ensure a cohesive presentation of services across all platforms and materials.Tailor content for dissemination across social media channels and websites, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and audience engagement objectives.Coordinate with the Marketing team to write compelling, on-brand copy that inspires, informs, and persuades audiences to take desired actions.Provide support as needed in updating website content (e.g., page updates) through a Content Management System (CMS) and developing copy for landing pages in marketing automation platforms in partnership with the Marketing team.Assist in developing marketing campaign messaging and promotional copy in collaboration with the Marketing team, contributing to achieving strategic objectives and organizational success.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.5-10 years experience in Professional Services, B2B Marketing and/or engineering, architecture, construction, or related industry firm.Mastery in crafting compelling content with meticulous attention to grammar, punctuation, style, and tone, including familiarity with AP (Associated Press) writing style standards and the ability to tailor content for diverse platforms and audiences.Proficiency in crafting engaging content for various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.Proven track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering trust, and building credibility within the team.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for content creation and analysis and experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Webex or Microsoft Teams.Knowledge of CMS for website content updates and management.Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and practices to optimize content for improved search engine visibility.Previous experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, and meeting deadlines professionally, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
