The purpose of this team is responsible for creating user and administrator content for the Viva suite of products, including how-tos, conceptual articles, and videos. They are currently working on integrating Copilot into their Viva product, specifically Viva Goals, but need additional resources due to insufficient full-time employees to cover the workload.

5-7 overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required:

Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role. Computer science, technical writing, UX, or English preferred, but any degree fulfills the requirement.Disqualifiers:

Candidates with less than a year left in tenure will not be eligible for the role.Best vs. Average:

The ideal resume would contain knowledge of GitHub and Markdown, as familiarity with these tools would be highly beneficial.Performance Indicators:

Performance will be assessed based on the percentage of content that they’re able to keep fresh and deadlines.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of ExperienceMinimum 5-7 years experience with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Minimum 5-7 years experience with experience in creating documentation for a technical audience.Minimum 5-7 years experience with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Hard Skills AssessmentsExpected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled:

Candidates should have writing examples to review that would be a plus prepared prior to the assessment.CompensationThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $54 an hour.
