Develop and manage B2B collateral materials, leasing brochures, and presentations for various departments.Create and deploy B2B email blasts, track performance, and provide analytical reports.Coordinate trade show logistics, client appreciation, and broker events.Prepare and post content for company announcements, meetings, and the intranet.Monitor and update the corporate website and property listings to ensure optimization, relevance, and quality user experience.Source and create engaging digital marketing content for social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics for digital and social marketing efforts.Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and collateral materials, driving cohesive marketing campaigns.Oversee outsourced marketing deliverables, coordinate with internal teams to manage workflows, and ensure project timelines are met.Support special projects as needed.
