Along with managing the piping design team, the lead would also have other responsibilities including the following:Maintain Critical ISOs and CAR itemsReview all FCRs & ATO Requests and assign resources based on skillset and schedule.Manage peer reviews on all projectsMentor newer/less experienced designersBe involved in the hiring processHave weekly toolbox meetingsHandle most disciplinary situationsWhat you will bring:Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:Minimum 10 years experience in Piping DesignMinimum 5 years PDMS Design and Draft experienceMinimum 5 years Bentley/MicroStation experienceMust be capable of leading piping portion of design package for review meetingsMust have thorough knowledge and understanding of PID's for Production designMust be able to provide Piping Isometrics utilizing PDMS design softwareMust be able to provide Pipe Support/Hanger packagesMust be able to provide a comprehensive Material Take-OffMust be able to provide field assistance during design, planning and construction phaseMust provide piping related expertise to CSE engineers and FLS personnel as requiredMust be able to verify Manhour estimates of design for cost controlRequired to engage in Constructability Review with work groupsCoordinates/Integrates piping package with other design disciplinesRequired to Perform Peer Reviews for other piping designsRequired Safety program and presentation participationKnowledge of SharePoint is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint is a plusMoving forward together:We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
