Compensation:

Estimated base salary $168.4K – $205.4K. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.

We’re looking for someone who deeply understands customer expansion strategy and can leverage data to tell compelling stories and empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

What you will be doing:

Become a trusted strategic partner with the GTM organization by using data to deliver actionable insights which help address the business's biggest areas of opportunity.

Design and build models to support attribution, customer segmentation, automated monetization motions, and predictive modeling around growth and churn.

Evangelize and drive adoption to the data products that you develop.

Identify and measure the success of expansion efforts through forecasting, goal setting, and monitoring key funnel metrics and conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ Years of Experience in Data Science or related fields, with a focus on customer expansion.

Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation programming language (e.g., Python, R).

Expertise at telling stories with data and familiarity with at least one visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Omni, Looker, R-Shiny, Microstrategy, SAP Business Objects, Looker, etc.).

Understanding of attribution modeling with a focus on Existing Business / Expansion.

An understanding of the SaaS business model and key funnel metrics.

Experience in customer segmentation and personalization efforts.

Experience driving projects or programs which have had proven impact on business strategy and performance through your analytics skills.

Ability to craft analysis into well-written and persuasive content.

Desirable Qualifications:

7+ Years of Experience in Data Science or related fields OR 5+ Years of experience in Data Science along with a post-graduate degree or equivalent in a related field.

Experience utilizing causal inference for marketing measurement.

Experience influencing functional leadership and above to adopt data solutions.

An understanding of both uncovered and covered expansion motions.

Experience in applying statistical concepts (e.g., regressions, A/B tests, clustering, probability) to business problems.
