This role is essential for bringing our future digital customer experience to life, evolving our approach to marketing automation, and creating a connected eco-system across the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative thinking, analytical process and change management experience to meaningfully expand our digital marketing capabilities while optimizing performance to improve business outcomes. Experience leading a full-funnel digital marketing capability with an omnichannel approach is critical for success in the role.How You Will Contribute
MarTech Roadmap:
Develop and manage a comprehensive, multi-year MarTech roadmap in close partnership with IT/IO to enhance the digital customer experience, drive automation and ensure a connected ecosystem of platforms and data across the customer journey.MarTech Integration & Optimization:
Identify and ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms to elevate operations, support customer experience, and drive data-driven decision-making.Digital Marketing:
Design and deliver a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives customer engagement. Manage channels (website, portal, email and apps), platforms, tactics (SEO/SEM) and partners to optimize performance throughout the customer journey.Performance Metrics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and MarTech implementations throughout the funnel.Compliance:
Develop and maintain digital marketing compliance in partnership with IT/IO/Enterprise/Legal and implement strategies to manage and respect customer preferences, enabling personalized and relevant communications.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing and MarTech strategies throughout the funnel.SEO and PPC:
Develop and execute on an SEO and PPC global strategic plan.Skills & Experience to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing transformation and marketing technology.Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience building and scaling cross-functional programs from concept to completion.Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, Google Analytics, App Insights, various website platforms, content management systems, SEO, SEM and attribution models is preferred.Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits:
